i am so happy!! my dad gave me permission to go on the Israel trip!! on Thursday i had a long talk with him and he finally agreed. it seems to sudden to comprehend. now i can finally start focusing on raising money and exercising. although it's a funny story about that because my dad returned this electric heater fan that he had bought from costco more than 5 years ago to give to me. words cannot convey how joyous this makes me feel. not the fact that my dad actually managed to return something after that long, but getting to go on the trip. XD the challenges i face now won't be easy, but i will give this all i've got.

i do need to make a lot of updates though. im sorry that i didn't post sooner, but a lot has happened this week. first of all i feel like i should just mention the fact that last week on friday, we moved to stay at an apartment for the winter. hate to say it but this apartment is actually nicer than the house we have now. it's warmer and has some positive sides to it.

another thing is that Mr. Teigen is letting me be Stephen Colbert for the French Revolution Trials!! WOOT!! initially he didn't say yes, but i managed to convince him. i hope i can be in a debate so i can say things like "I'm scared of Koreans!!" and stuff. i have so much work to do for that though. >__< and i totally might just sing "cheap reward" at the Trials if my voice holds up. either that or Stephen's patriotic song to God. oh the choices!

and as a completely random side note, the Foo Fighters are now my favorite band ever. and 3 Doors Down is in second place. it's all i've been listening to in the past couple days. i don't know what it is about this apartment but it kind of feels like my habits have changed a bit since we moved here. and not just cuz this is a different place. i feel a bit detached from the desire to be on the internet, which by the way is a lot slower than the dude said it would be. maybe that's it. but it's just so funny and crazy at the same time how things are turning out for me.
